Product information:


The Vibration Test Table is an economical yet high-performance sine vibration testing device.

It supports various vibration modes including fixed frequency, linear sweep, logarithmic sweep, octave sweep, and program mode.

This system simulates the vibration conditions that electrical and electronic products may encounter during transportation (by ship, aircraft, vehicle, or spacecraft), storage, and operation, in order to evaluate their adaptability and reliability.

It is widely used in industries such as automotive components, instruments and meters, toys, and others, to simulate collisions and vibrations that occur during transportation and operation, and to assess the actual working conditions and structural strength of products.

ISO 2247, ISO 13355, IEC 60068, ASTM D999, ASTM D4728, ASTM D3580, GB/T 4857, GB/T 2423, etc.

 

Product Features:


1. Three-axis vibration (X, Y, Z) realized on the same platform; program-controlled, precise frequency, long-term operation without drift.

2. Continuously adjustable amplitude; supports sweep and fixed frequency functions, suitable for various testing requirements.

3. Built-in amplitude prediction program; four-point synchronous excitation ensures uniform vibration of the table surface.

4. Anti-interference circuitry minimizes electromagnetic interference to the control circuit; the table surface is non-magnetic and anti-static.

5. Made of composite industrial materials with precision machining; elegant design and user-friendly operation. Equipped with a dedicated measurement and control module for enhanced operational stability.

 

Software Functions:


The UTM-Z023 software system is independently developed by CIMS+FCS, with full intellectual property rights. Free lifetime software updates are provided.

Performs sine vibration at a selected frequency (resonant, specific, or critical frequency) for a set duration.

Sweep Frequency Test

Scans the frequency range from low to high and back, at a defined rate, for a specified total time or number of cycles.

Multiplying Frequency Test

Frequency changes exponentially over time, with one octave per minute sweep rate.
The sweep time between low and high frequencies is calculated by the formula:
6.644 × log₁₀ (high frequency / low frequency).

Logarithmic Sweep Test

Frequency sweep speed varies logarithmically—slower at low frequencies and faster at high frequencies, completing a doubled sweep rate per minute.

Random Vibration Test

Non-deterministic vibration mode used to simulate real random environmental vibrations.

Program Test

Allows custom configuration of multiple test stages with different frequencies and durations, either single or multi-group programs.
