System Overview
This 7.5HP air enthalpy method test laboratory consists of indoor and outdoor side rooms designed to test air conditioner performance by measuring temperature, pressure, and electrical parameters. The system is suitable for testing window type, split type, and free-standing air conditioners, supporting both standard operating condition tests and expanded testing requirements for product sampling inspection and development.
System operation is controlled via programmable controller and HMI interface, with high-accuracy data collection and real-time data transfer to upper-level computers for processing, display, storage, and report generation.

Operating Principle
The test room adjusts air dry bulb and wet bulb temperatures through balanced temperature and humidity control. The refrigeration system provides continuous cooling and dehumidification, while temperature control meters regulate heater and humidifier output to achieve desired air conditions.

Pre-Startup Checklist
  • Review previous running records
  • Verify power and water supply status
  • Ensure unit under test (UUT) is properly installed
Standard Operation
  • Close power breaker and press "Start" button
  • Activate fans, heating, humidifying, and static pressure systems via HMI
  • Engage refrigeration and nozzle systems as required
  • Set temperature controller SV values according to operating conditions
  • Energize UUT via frequency variable power supply
  • Measure UUT parameters once operating conditions stabilize
  • Shutdown follows reverse sequence of startup procedure
